An invite-only group of KOLs, remisiers, analysts, investors and media representatives attended a corporate site visit to SingPost’s Regional eCommerce Logistic Hub on 12 June 2026, as part of an initiative by SGListCos and SGX Group.

The session opened with remarks by Isaac Mah, CFO of SingPost, sharing the Group’s strategic evolution from navigating market turbulence to positioning for sustainable growth. By divesting non-core assets and sharpening management focus, SingPost has strengthened its fundamentals, improved its operating model, and established a clearer foundation for long-term value creation.

As Singapore's largest postal logistics provider, the Group is actively diversifying beyond e-commerce while enhancing first- and middle-mile delivery capabilities. A core operational target is to reduce the cost to serve by more than 10% through strategic automation and system consolidation.

A key highlight was the guided tour of SingPost’s newly launched S$30 Million Automated Sortation Hub. The facility features two state-of-the-art machines – the 3D Sorter and Intelligent Flexi Sorter (IFS) – which have tripled parcel processing capacity from 100,000 to 300,000 parcels per day. Combined with existing large-parcel operations, total daily throughput now stands at 400,000 parcels. The consolidation of sortation operations from two geographically separate sites into this single, integrated hub has eliminated cross-island trucking, reducing transit time and operational costs.

The visit concluded with a Q&A and networking session, providing an opportunity for deeper engagement with management and fellow market participants.
