SGListCos is the association representing companies listed on the Mainboard and Catalist of Singapore Exchange. Established in May 2022, SGListCos is committed to providing a platform for all listed companies, with the following three objectives:

Thought Leadership and Advocacy

Go-to association for SGX Group including SGX RegCo to sound out new initiatives and relevance of current ongoing requirements.

ESG

Provide a platform to support listed companies in building their ESG ecosystem. SGListCos will facilitate peer learning, knowledge sharing, and access to relevant content to help members align with Singapore’s regulatory, commercial, and investor expectations.

Corporate Access and Investor Relations

SGListCos, with SGX and other partners, will offer unique profiling opportunities to connect listed companies with a broader investor base through digital outreach and regional engagement. It also supports the professionalisation of investor relations by developing IRO competencies and offering targeted training.
