Launch of SGListCos
Inaugural Meeting
On 11 May 2022, SGListCos was launched. Representatives of the 20 founding members gathered for the inaugural meeting held at SGX Centre and discussed their hopes and vision for the association.
MoU Signing with ISCA
On 3 Oct 2022, SGListCos signed an MoU with ISCA. Following the MoU signing, SGListCos and ISCA will further collaboration in Advocacy & Thought leadership exchanges, professional development initiatives and joint events.
About Us
SGListCos is an association representing companies listed on the Mainboard and Catalist of Singapore Exchange (SGX). SGListCos has members including Blue Chips, SREITs, and SMEs from Singapore and overseas. Capital market intermediaries and vendors can participate, too. SGListCos is committed to providing a credible platform for all listed companies, with three objectives.
Thought Leadership and Advocacy Platform
Go-to association for SGX Group including SGX RegCo to sound out new initiatives and relevance of current requirements.
Platform for Listed Companies ESG Ecosystem Building
Provide a platform for listed companies’ ESG ecosystem building. SGListCos will assist all the members on their ESG framework and operational integration to align it to Singapore's regulatory, commercial and investor standards.
Enhance Corporate Access and Investor Relations
SGListCos, together with SGX, will provide a full suite of services to bring together institutional investors and corporate clients globally. Members will be able to attend events from Singapore in sector-specific and bespoke conferences. SGListCos will be the platform to enhance the role of Investor Relations.
