SGListCos hosted a closed-door consultation session on 15 May 2026, for corporate members to share their points of view on SGX RegCo's proposals to strengthen disclosure standards on remuneration alignment, dividend policy transparency, investor engagement infrastructure, and investor relations practices.

The discussion centred on how the proposed requirements — disclosing KPIs linked to executive remuneration, maintaining a dividend policy, establishing a dedicated investor engagement website, and formalising an investor relations policy — can be implemented in a manner that supports long-term value creation while accounting for the diverse operational contexts and resource considerations of listed companies. Members offered constructive insights on balancing transparency with operational practicality.

This public consultation forms part of SGListCos' Thought Leadership and Advocacy pillar, providing a trusted platform for listed companies to shape regulatory development through evidence-based, industry-informed feedback.
