On 28 February 2025, the Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association / Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI) and SGListCos Limited (Association of Singapore Listed Companies) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on enhancing financial literacy, corporate governance, and capital market knowledge. The MoU was signed by AEI Chairman, Armand Hartono and SGListCos Pro-Tem Chairman, Sutat Chew 周士达 , with the signing being witnessed by representatives from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) , our esteemed MoU partners.

This partnership will pave the way for joint educational programs, workshops, and seminars, aimed at fostering cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange between listed companies in Indonesia and Singapore. By sharing expertise, offering continuous education, and building a strong international network, we are working together to strengthen the capital market ecosystem in both countries.
