Insights from the iFAST Corporation Ltd. Corporate Site Visit

As part of an SGListCos and SGX Group initiative, KOLs, remisiers, trading representatives, analysts, investors and media representatives visited iFAST Corporation Ltd. to gain first-hand insights into the platform's fintech ecosystem, strategic priorities and long-term growth plans.

The session opened with welcome remarks by Jean Paul Wong, Executive Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at iFAST Corporation Ltd., followed by an overview from Wilson Lee, Senior Executive, Corporate Communications, who shared iFAST Corporation Ltd.'s evolution into a diversified platform comprising wealth management (B2B and B2C), iFast Global Bank and iFast ePension services.

Participants learned that the platform now serves over one million customer accounts with over 800 B2B partners and 14,200+ wealth advisors across 5 markets.

Joshua Chim, General Manager of FSMOne Singapore, then shared the platform's journey since 2000, highlighting FSMOne's role as the first investment platform in Singapore to permanently reduce unit trust sales charges to 0%. He also outlined FSMOne's differentiated approach, including a non-commissioned investment advisory team, curated fund insights likened to a Michelin guide, and investor engagement initiatives such as the FSMOne Rewards programme.

The visit continued with a guided tour of iFAST Corporation Ltd.'s operations, offering insights into customer service, marketing and advisory teams, research functions providing market insights across Singapore, the US, Malaysia and China, and the fund management arm, which has been licensed since 2021 and partners global managers to deliver fintech- enabled solutions, including enhanced liquidity funds with T+0 settlement.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A with Mr Chung Chun Lim, Chairman and Group CEO, who shared perspectives on global scalability, regulatory considerations, AI- driven productivity gains, talent retention and long-term capital management.
