Insights from the Centurion Corporation Limited Corporate Site Visit

As part of an SGListCos and SGX Group initiative, an invite-only group of KOLs, remisiers, analysts, investors and media representatives attended a corporate site visit to Centurion Corporation Limited's Westlite Ubi Purpose-built Worker Accommodation on 26 May 2026.

The session opened with remarks by Kong Chee Min, CEO of Centurion Corporation Limited, followed by a presentation by David Phey (Head of Communications), who shared insights into the company's global living sector platform spanning five countries and 14 cities. Participants gained a deeper understanding of Centurion’s core business segments in purpose-built worker accommodation (PBWA) and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), as well as newer growth segments including key worker accommodation and build-to-rent assets.

David also highlighted Centurion's resilient business model and strong 1Q2026 performance, supported by healthy occupancies, positive rental reversions and contributions from newly added beds across key assets including Westlite Toh Guan, Westlite Mandai and EPIISOD Macquarie Park.

The presentation further showcased Centurion’s scalable growth strategy driven by operating, fee and investment income streams.

A key highlight was the guided tour of Westlite Ubi, a 1,650-bed worker accommodation asset, where participants observed the Group’s integrated and technology-enabled approach towards worker housing. The tour featured operational facilities including security turnstiles, isolation rooms, supermarket, canteen, gymnasium, hair salon, multipurpose hall and mock-up residential rooms.

Participants also heard from Katherine Lee, Westlite’s Resi-Life Manager, who shared more about Centurion’s holistic resident engagement initiatives focused on supporting the mental, physical and social wellbeing of residents through training programmes, sports activities, community initiatives, educational partnerships and cultural celebrations.

The visit concluded with a Q&A and networking session over refreshments, providing an opportunity for deeper engagement with management and fellow market participants.

More corporate site visits are in the pipeline as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen connections between listed companies and the capital markets community.
